I have to say that this Christmas was a total coup in terms of the bounty we scored from the parental units! Mostly I asked for kitchen stuff (since I have decided to learn how to cook a few more things!). One of the items I asked for was a GIANT fry pan. My friend has one... so I HAD to have one too. As you can guess I was super excited to break it in. So I put on my apron (this is the hand towel that matches... how cute is that???) and fired up the stove. I was going to make a version of PF Chang's Mongolian Beef! Yummers!
I used one pot to make the sauce, and the other to cook the beef!
I am a freaking genius on the kitchen!
