On A Scale of 1-10?

On a scale of 1 to 10, Randy is a "14.3". In determining his exact score, various considerations must be taken into account. A "1-3" would clearly be sub-standard. "4-6" is below average, while "7" and above would be perceived as sufficient. I think we can all agree that Randy certainly surpasses "sufficient". So with a base score of "10" we will have to work up from there.

Oh, and finally..... RANDY EARNED A 4.0 THIS SEMESTER! HE WORKED HARD AND MANAGED AN "A" IN EVERY CLASS!!! I am verrrry proud of him!
